I’ve composed for television for 20 years.
The majority of my work is in children’s television, composing a huge variety of themes, stings and beds.
Between 1996 and 2006 , I presented and composed songs for 10 series of the BBC programme “What?Where?When?Why?” .
My work in theatre as a composer, sound designer and musical director is extensive and varied, both pre-recorded and live.
I work closely with directors to create the right feel and texture, whether using Cubase and Logic or arranging and scoring for live instruments and/or voices. I have 25 years experience in coaching actors and singers to bring out the best in their musical performances.
I also have a large output of musicals for children and young people and great experience composing for large and small scale community theatre projects.
